Made to order
Nothing in the shop sits in a warehouse. Each item is printed, woven or packed when you order it, which takes 2 to 5 business days. Then it ships.
Shipping
- Ships to the United States.
- Free shipping on orders over $75. Everything else ships for a flat $6.
- Standard shipping takes 3 to 8 business days after production. So, door to door, allow one to two weeks. Blankets occasionally take the longer end.
- You’ll get an email with tracking the moment a label exists.
Returns and replacements
Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind or a size that didn’t suit. Check the size notes on each product; when in doubt, size up. Nobody has ever regretted a bigger blanket.
If something arrives misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it, or refund it if you’d rather. You won’t be asked to ship the wrong one back.
Lost in the post
If tracking stalls for more than ten business days, email us. We’ll chase it, and if it’s gone, we’ll send another.
Gifts
Orders ship without prices in the box. If you’d like a note included, tell us in the order notes at checkout and we’ll typeset it. Tier 3 designs (the ones that say nothing rude) are the ones to send to someone’s mother.
